Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
• Establish project plans, manage risks, and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• Hands-on experience managing the full life cycle of Oracle Cloud implementations
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
