Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure
• Establish and execute project plans, manage risks, and ensure project objectives are met
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and prepare project status reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• Full life cycle hands-on Project Management of Oracle Cloud implementations
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
