Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading and managing Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects remotely, the full-time Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager will ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget while providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Establish and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5 to 10 years of project management experience, particularly with Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Full life cycle hands-on project management of Oracle Cloud implementations
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
