Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Support Analyst specializing in Core HR and Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation
• Participate in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project
• Collaborate with HRSS personnel to support business operations and user inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR & Compensation modules
• Experience with multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Successfully completed at least three full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Core HR
• Experience with HR, Compensation, Payroll, and related functions
