Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional leadership across various HCM application areas, ensuring delivery stability and client trust
• Conduct business requirements analysis, create design documents, and collaborate with technical teams on system configurations
• Offer post-go-live support, including incident tracking, diagnosis, and resolution of complex service requests

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
• Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including 3 full implementation cycles as a Techno-Functional lead
• Hands-on experience with a minimum of 5 HCM modules, such as Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and the ability to relate product functionality to business needs
• Technical proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like OTBI, BIP, and FBDI
