Oracle Cloud HR Consultant
Job Summary
To support mid-to-large enterprises, the remote Oracle Cloud HR Consultant will manage client relationships, diagnose and resolve complex HR system issues, and provide expert guidance and configuration support to ensure optimal functionality of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain communication with clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Align client practices with HCM Cloud methods, troubleshooting and proposing best-practice solutions
- Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities, to maximize value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience or in a related field
- Experience with 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Module-specific experience in Core HR
- Oracle certification in relevant modules is preferred
