Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional leadership across Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
• Deliver customer service support and resolve complex functional issues
• Conduct business requirements analysis, configuration, and post-go-live support

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
• Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects
• Hands-on experience in any of the following modules: Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce Management
• Strong knowledge of Payroll business processes and concepts
• Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows
