Job Summary

With over 10 years of experience, the full-time Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant will implement zero-to-gross payroll processing and configure payroll systems for UAE and India while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the implementation consultant for payroll processing, including pay calculations and final pay processing
• Prepare solution design documents and configuration workbooks, and conduct training sessions for key users
• Collaborate with payroll business teams and implementation leads to ensure best-in-class solutions based on business requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation
• Advanced knowledge of UAE and India payroll processes
• Experience in coordinating with payroll business teams and implementation leads
• Ability to prepare solution design documents and configuration workbooks
• Strong negotiation skills for achieving win/win agreements
