Job Summary
Leading functional activities for an end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant will focus on US Payroll and Core HR, conducting requirements gathering, configuration, and supporting payroll processing and testing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR implementation activities
- Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and analyze existing payroll processes
- Support payroll processing, including troubleshooting issues and performing post-payroll reconciliation
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR
- Experience participating in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Proficient in configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll and understanding payroll processing and reconciliation
- Ability to conduct functional workshops and communicate with Payroll and HR business users
- Familiarity with Oracle HCM technical components and testing methodologies
