Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant
Job Summary
Leading complex Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead Consultant will manage client relationships, gather functional requirements, and develop solutions while mentoring junior consultants and providing expert guidance across projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead multiple mid- to large-size Oracle Cloud Payroll projects, serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality, addressing design gaps and developing solutions
- Configure and document the Oracle Cloud Payroll environment, advising clients on options, risks, and impacts across systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of consulting experience with a track record of full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and related procedures, preferably within Oracle Cloud or EBS
- Proven ability to manage large projects and communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in leading, training, and mentoring teams while building long-lasting client relationships
