Job Summary
Leading the implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) for a large-scale transformation, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant will serve as the Functional Lead, guiding business discovery workshops, analyzing current processes, and designing future-state solutions while collaborating with finance and HR teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation, facilitating requirement gathering and solution design
- Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state Oracle Cloud PPM solutions, ensuring integration with Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor
- Lead testing activities, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support, while mentoring junior consultants
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation experience
- Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects as a Functional Lead or Solution Lead
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and related modules
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials Cloud modules and integration with Oracle Time & Labor
