Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) for a large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant will serve as the Functional Lead, facilitating requirement gathering and solution design while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Functional Lead for the Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation, conducting business discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Analyze current-state Oracle EBS processes and design future-state Oracle Cloud PPM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor
• Lead testing activities, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while mentoring junior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation experience
• Experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Lead on multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects
• Strong experience in leading Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and related modules, with experience supporting project-driven organizations
