Oracle Cloud Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the modernization and migration of a government agency's Oracle E-Business Suite environment, the remote Oracle Cloud Project Manager will ensure successful project execution from assessment through production cutover while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from initiation to final transition, ensuring integration of all technical workstreams
• Develop and manage the Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) to identify critical paths, dependencies, and risks
• Serve as the primary interface with Agency/Prime Contractor leadership, facilitating meetings and preparing project status reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience
• At least five (5) years managing Federal Government IT projects
• Demonstrated experience leading large Oracle enterprise application implementations or migrations
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and on-premises to cloud migrations
