Job Summary
Driving the design and implementation of Oracle Compensation solutions, the full-time Oracle Compensation Configuration Lead will configure compensation plans and support annual cycles while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of Oracle Compensation modules within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Configure workforce compensation plans, individual compensation plans, and manage compensation cycles
- Support compensation cycle testing, deployment, and stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and best practices
Required qualifications
- End-to-end Oracle global Compensation configuration experience, including hands-on expertise with Oracle compensation functional configuration
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Compensation configuration experience
- Strong understanding of compensation business processes and annual compensation planning
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
