Job Summary
Driving the design and implementation of Oracle Compensation solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, the full-time salaried Oracle Compensation Configuration Lead will manage configuration initiatives, support annual compensation cycles, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to optimize compensation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation of Oracle Compensation modules within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Configure workforce compensation plans, individual compensation plans, and compensation cycles
- Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and recommend enhancements and innovations
Required qualifications
- End-to-end Oracle global Compensation configuration experience with hands-on expertise in Oracle compensation functional configuration
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Compensation configuration experience
- Strong understanding of compensation business processes and annual compensation planning
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
