Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Oracle Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module within the HR Technology framework
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment of HCM elements, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate system functionality and data integrity on the HCM integration side
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in the Incentive Compensation Oracle module, Workforce Compensation, and Payroll HCM modules
  • Proven track record in HR Technology project leadership within an Oracle HCM environment
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus on ownership structures
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues and providing expert-level recommendations for system enhancements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
