Oracle Compensation Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Compensation Engineer or Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Compensation COE to provide high-level service and support
- Understand and document requirements and business processes related to compensation
- Support technical and functional configuration of Compensation/Comp Planner and related tables
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with UDT configurations
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, Oracle BIP, Oracle OTBI, SQL, and HDL Loads
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud
- Legally authorized to work in the US without restrictions
