Oracle CX Service Specialist

Job Summary

The full-time Oracle CX Service Specialist will configure and customize Oracle Fusion Service Cloud, develop Digital Customer Service solutions, and manage integrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Service Cloud components such as Accounts, Service Requests, and Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain solutions for Redwood Service, Redwood CX Mobile, and Redwood Outlook Plugin
• Create and manage custom objects and fields, and develop Groovy scripts for automation and enhancements

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of Customer Service business processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS), VBCS, and Groovy scripting
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and Oracle CX integrations
• Experience in developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards
• Familiarity with BPM Workflows and metadata management
