Oracle CX4U Architect

Job Summary

To support utility clients, the full-time remote Oracle CX4U Architect will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle CX4U solutions, leveraging AI, ML, and IoT integration to enhance customer experiences across the utility lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Oracle CX4U implementations, including onboarding workflows and billing systems
• Serve as the primary CX4U subject matter expert in client engagements, translating requirements into functional and technical design documents
• Configure Oracle CX4U modules and oversee system integration efforts with various utility management systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Utilities consulting or implementation experience, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle CX solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two Oracle Utilities products such as CC&B, C2M, or MDM
• Hands-on experience with integrations involving smart meter infrastructure and IoT devices
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle CX platform implementations
• Strong understanding of utility billing models and regulatory compliance requirements
