Oracle Database Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting critical enterprise database environments, the short-term contract Oracle Database Administrator will administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle database systems while focusing on upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle database environments
• Perform database upgrades, migrations, and patching activities
• Implement performance tuning and ensure database security and compliance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience with Oracle 19c or higher
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure, including ASM and Clusterware
• 8+ years of experience with high-availability technologies such as GoldenGate and Active Data Guard
• 8+ years of advanced Linux and SQL scripting experience
• Experience managing multiple database environments supporting ETL and ERP applications
