Oracle Database Administrator

Job Summary

To optimize database environments, the full-time Oracle Database Administrator will design, install, configure, and maintain Oracle database management systems while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage database backup/recovery and define data repository and warehousing requirements
• Optimize database access and allocate resources for performance and capacity management
• Lead technical projects and automate administrative tasks while mentoring junior staff

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Deep expertise in Oracle database design, administration, and optimization
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior staff
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
