Oracle DBA Consultant

Job Summary

To support a targeted assessment and optimization initiative, the remote Oracle DBA Consultant will conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of existing Oracle and FLOWCAL environments, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations while remaining available for ongoing advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full gap analysis of the current Oracle database environment
• Evaluate existing FLOWCAL system architecture, performance, and data integrity
• Develop and present clear, actionable recommendations for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in production environments
• Hands-on experience with FLOWCAL (strongly preferred)
• Proven experience conducting system assessments or gap analyses
• Strong understanding of Oracle performance tuning and optimization
• Experience working in the oil & gas industry (midstream preferred)
