Oracle DBA Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle DBA/Exadata Migration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and create a new Exadata database architecture
• Create and assist with a migration strategy and plan for moving databases to Exadata X11
• Provide tuning, troubleshooting, and automation support during the migration process

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience migrating databases to Exadata and cloud platforms using various methods
• Hands-on experience with Exadata Critical Patch updates and Exadata Cloud at Customer (C@C) X9 and X11 servers
• 5+ years of experience with RMAN, Data Guard, and scripting solutions for automation
• Willingness to work alternate shifts and weekends as required
