Oracle EBS Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Federal Financials systems used by HHS, the full-time Oracle EBS Business Analyst will manage customer outreach, operations support, and issue resolution while working as part of a Tier II team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support and outreach activities, including user training and developing job aids
- Support organization change management tasks and implementation of system solutions for federal mandates
- Triage and analyze Oracle application issues, translating customer business requirements to system requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Federal programs
- Strong familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite and Federal Financial systems
- Experience in investigating and resolving production issues and performing Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to develop test scenarios and support user acceptance testing
