Oracle EBS Cloud Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Cloud Support Engineer to provide operational support for Oracle E-Business Suite environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in OCI
- Monitor and resolve application, workflow, and concurrent processing issues
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, cloning, and environment refreshes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x)
- Hands-on experience supporting EBS in a cloud environment (OCI preferred)
- Strong understanding of EBS architecture and Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with Oracle Database administration concepts
- Experience supporting enterprise production systems
