Oracle EBS Financials Architect
Job Summary
To support client implementations, the remote Oracle EBS Financials Architect will lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials projects, focusing on requirements gathering, configuration, and best-practice solutions across financial modules while ensuring successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle EBS Financials, including discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, and post-production support
- Design and configure core financial structures and recommend best-practice solutions to clients based on their feedback
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring project timelines are met
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology and full lifecycle implementation of financial modules
- Proven experience leading project workstreams for Oracle applications, including requirements gathering and design
- Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain functional concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working with offshore teams and sufficient SQL knowledge for troubleshooting
