Oracle EBS SCM Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Oracle EBS SCM Architect will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules, ensuring solutions meet client needs through best practices and customizations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and configuration
- Analyze and recommend best-practice solutions for manufacturing processes, translating business needs into effective SCM solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create functional and design documents that align with business requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing with Oracle EBS, including full implementation lifecycle expertise
- Proven experience with Oracle modules such as Purchasing, Bills of Material, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning
- Strong mentoring skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with offshore teams and sufficient SQL knowledge for troubleshooting
