Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle E-Business Suite Subject Matter Expert for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote support for HR and Advanced Benefits modules
Collaborate with City staff on solutions and technical assistance
Research issues, identify resolutions, and make configuration changes

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HR modules
Proficiency with Oracle Release 12.2 and Oracle Public Sector HR
Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Unix, APIs, interfaces, and reports
Familiarity with Discoverer reports, BI Publisher reports, and system admin/configuration changes
Experience in working with Oracle via Service Requests (SRs) and Request for Changes (RFCs)
