Job Summary
Leading a team of support analysts, the full-time Oracle EBS Application Support Analyst will manage L1 and L2 support operations, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure effective service delivery while working remotely within the CST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor L1/L2 Support Analysts, setting priorities and supporting professional development
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering status updates and managing expectations during high-impact incidents
- Handle complex L2 tickets directly and support UAT cycles, deployments, and change management activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior support role
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) and/or Oracle Projects
- Proven ability to manage a support team and drive service delivery outcomes
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data investigation and ticket resolution support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
