Oracle EPM Solution Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle EPM Solution Lead to manage the implementation, design, and configuration of the Enterprise Performance Management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system and business analysis activities, including process design and solution options with impact assessments
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to build and maintain working relationships
• Manage the entire lifecycle of software applications, ensuring user needs and performance requirements are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related position
• 5 years of experience designing Finance Transformation projects with Oracle EPM
• Experience managing implementation partners and completing rollouts of EPM solutions in a government contractor setting
