Oracle ERP Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing consulting practice, the part-time remote Oracle ERP Consultant will manage Core HR design and delivery, including conversions, integrations, and testing, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive resolution of risks and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery
- Lead client-facing discussions across workstreams to develop integrated solutions
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions to maintain a respectful work environment
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations
- Oracle certification in Core HR and Onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Experience with 4 full-cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations
- Preferred experience in construction or with highly unionized workforces
