Oracle ERP Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting post-go-live Oracle operations, the full-time Oracle ERP Operations Analyst will evaluate stabilization efforts, analyze operational processes and data, and facilitate alignment between business and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess post-go-live schedules, action logs, and documentation for stabilization efforts
• Analyze existing Oracle-enabled business processes and support the development of operational models
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience with Oracle ERP systems and SaaS platforms
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and process evaluation
• Ability to create operational models, playbooks, and documentation
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
