Oracle ERP Operations Leader

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Oracle ERP Operations Leader will optimize and manage operations related to Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a public sector environment, focusing on seamless integration across Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a unified operational framework post-go-live to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that support critical public sector functions such as payroll and budgeting
• Oversee process optimization and risk management while ensuring compliance with public sector auditing and reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in business operations leadership, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems
• Deep operational experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM implementations and support
• Proven expertise in process optimization and implementing operational frameworks for enterprise systems
• Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder partnership
