Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs across multiple business functions
• Drive consulting-led transformation engagements and implement future-state operating models and processes
• Establish program governance frameworks and ensure delivery excellence through quality assurance and risk management

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in delivering large-scale ERP and business transformation programs
• Deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion and prior hands-on consulting experience
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-country ERP rollouts
• Experience in organizational change management and business adoption strategies
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and enterprise risks
