Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle ERP Training and Change Management Lead to support a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end training and change management strategy for Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and readiness evaluations
  • Design and manage role-based training programs and facilitate workshops with functional SMEs
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management
  • 3+ years of experience leading training programs for ERP implementations
  • Hands-on experience creating training materials and process documentation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate workshops
  • Experience supporting Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred) implementations
