Oracle Exadata Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Exadata Cloud Engineer to lead the migration and support of Oracle databases in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of on-premise Oracle databases to Oracle Exadata Cloud Service
• Administer, configure, and manage Exadata systems deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Monitor system performance and implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Oracle Exadata systems and cloud infrastructure
• Strong expertise in ANSI SQL, including performance tuning and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard technologies
• Experience supporting migrations to Oracle Exadata Cloud Service or OCI
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform
