Oracle Fast Formula Developer

Job Summary

To support a large-scale Oracle ERP transformation program, the full-time Oracle Fast Formula Developer will manage end-to-end Fast Formula assignments, collaborating with functional and technical teams while delivering high-quality Fast Formulas for a major healthcare client in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own Fast Formula assignments from requirement intake to unit testing and delivery
• Translate functional requirements into effective Fast Formula designs with minimal rework
• Participate in client-facing meetings and facilitate working sessions with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Multiple years of experience building production Fast Formulas across various types such as Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
• Deep knowledge of the Fast Formula language, including contexts, arrays, and performance considerations
• Strong understanding of Fast Formula architecture best practices, including modularization and regression testing
• Working knowledge of the Oracle HCM data model and functional architecture
• Ability to effectively translate ambiguous functional requirements into working formulas
