Oracle Finance Cloud Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Oracle Finance Cloud Analyst will provide application support, gather business requirements, and document finance processes while collaborating with Finance and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Finance Cloud and EPM end users, troubleshooting system issues and managing ticket queues
• Partner with Finance teams to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Document current-state finance processes and develop functional design documents, process flows, and data mapping documentation

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP) and exposure to Oracle EPM/EP
• Strong understanding of finance processes including GL, AP, AR, and budgeting/forecasting
• Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting application and data issues
• Strong data analysis skills with reporting/query experience
