Oracle Fusion Applications Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and support for enterprise business applications, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion Applications Manager will oversee application performance, manage development teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions
• Serve as the primary technology liaison for assigned business functions and lead application support teams in delivering high-quality services
• Manage incidents and service requests, implementing IT service management processes and driving root cause analysis for long-term resolutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• ITIL certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in supporting or managing enterprise applications
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in areas such as Core HR, Payroll, or Talent Management
