Job Summary

Leading the design and engineering direction, the contract Oracle Fusion Cloud CX Technical Architect will own the target-state architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud CX solutions, focusing on integration with Oracle ERP and SCM while operating in a hands-on capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, service-centric solutions across Oracle Cloud CX
• Oversee end-to-end process design and integration patterns for CX solutions
• Drive the technical realization of AI-enabled use cases in sales and service operations

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud CX architecture and solutions
• Strong knowledge of cross-suite integration with Oracle ERP and SCM
• Proven ability to design service business processes at both strategic and technical levels
• Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud CX functionalities
• Familiarity with AI applications in sales and service environments
