Job Summary
Leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation activities, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant will focus on Payroll and Core HR, conducting requirements gathering, configuring payroll setups, and supporting testing and post-production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR implementation activities
- Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and analyze existing payroll processes
- Configure and validate Oracle Cloud Payroll setups, including payroll definitions, calculations, and processing configurations
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR
- Participation in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Experience with payroll processing, reconciliation, and troubleshooting payroll calculation issues
- Ability to conduct functional workshops and communicate directly with Payroll and HR business users
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM technical components and testing methodologies
