Oracle Fusion ERP Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader to manage and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications, including incident and change management
• Lead and develop functional analysts while managing vendor relationships and promoting continuous improvement
• Develop executive-level dashboards and provide updates on system health and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion, preferably in Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing
• Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
• Demonstrated experience in establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks
