Oracle Fusion ERP Leader
Job Summary
Leading the ongoing support and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, the full-time remote Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader will manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications and lead incident, problem, and change management processes
- Manage and develop onshore and offshore functional analysts while overseeing third-party partners and Oracle Support relationships
- Identify and prioritize enhancement opportunities, driving automation of manual processes to align with business strategy
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of ERP experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion, preferably with a focus on SCM or Manufacturing
- Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish operational KPIs and governance frameworks
