Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Oracle Fusion Financials-Compensation Management specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize reporting, streamline integrations, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud across multiple platforms
- Design and configure software applications related to financial and compensation systems
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and maintain system documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in IT, software engineering, finance systems, or compensation systems
- Oracle Certification preferred
- Expertise in Finance Integrations or Compensation Function Support modules
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and Business Office Standards
