Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a government contract, the Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, support Fit-Gap Analysis, and develop functional design documentation while requiring an active Public Trust clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Configure assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to meet federal and client-specific requirements
- Support Fit-Gap Analysis by documenting business process comparisons and recommended resolutions
- Develop functional design documentation and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2 - 5 years of relevant functional or technical experience
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration experience in at least one module
