Oracle Fusion HCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead - Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Product Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all functional and technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem, managing configurations, testing, and enhancements
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical resources
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and manage documentation related to HCM processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 3+ years in a lead role
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules
• Experience with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher / OTBI
• Hands-on experience in testing cycles, regression validation, and release management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or HS Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
