Oracle Fusion HCM Lead
Job Summary
Leading complex projects, the remote Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Lead will manage overall solutions from an Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective, leveraging over 10 years of experience in HCM and a minimum of 7 years in end-to-end Fusion HCM support and enhancement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design sessions with clients and coordinate end-to-end testing cycles
- Deliver complex business solutions while troubleshooting and providing solutions for user issues
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, HCM extracts, and data conversion
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in HCM, with at least 7 years in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Global Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll
- Experience in client-facing roles and delivering business solutions
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus
- Background in healthcare with an understanding of Health Systems and Clinical Operations is desirable
