Oracle Fusion HCM Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee the HRIS roadmap, manage system configuration and security, ensure data integrity, and drive system adoption through collaboration and training.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and modifies software and hardware requirements based on business needs
• Manages system configuration and security roles for all HRIS systems
• Collaborates with HR and IT leaders to resolve complex HRIS issues and enhance workforce reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of technical experience in HRIS, HR, and/or Payroll
• Demonstrated experience as a functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM
• Extensive SQL experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
