Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, the full-time Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist will work remotely to design training sessions, manage data migration, and develop HR integrations while collaborating with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Benefits
• Design and conduct training sessions, including CRPs, SIT, UAT, and end-user training
• Develop HR integrations and reports using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and other tools

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules
• Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL) and data migration processes
• Experience in developing integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST) and OIC
• Ability to design Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation
• Familiarity with OTBI and BIP report building
