Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional

Job Summary

Leading the overall solution from an Oracle Fusion HCM functional perspective, the remote Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional (Core HR) role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in HCM and a minimum of 7 years in end-to-end Fusion HCM support and enhancement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex projects by providing functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Global Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll
• Lead design sessions with clients and coordinate end-to-end testing cycles to ensure successful implementation of business solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, HCM extracts, and data conversion while troubleshooting user issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in HCM, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly in Core HR and related functionalities
• Experience in leading client-facing sessions and delivering complex business solutions
• Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is preferred
• Background in healthcare and understanding of Health Systems and Clinical Operations is a plus
